The Corner notes how the interrogator at the University of Delaware residence thinks the opposite of “best” is “worse”, and surmises that grammar is just a form of societal oppression. Rather, I think the interrogator did it deliberately. After all, we don’t want to demean anyone by calling him/her the “worst”, as that would clearly be emotional rape.
